I have lived here my whole life and had never gone to big apple bagels prior to picking up an uber delivery there. I seen the biggest most plump muffins I have ever seen and ended up ordering on my off time. Their muffins are delicious. I also have now ordered bagels from there a few times too and for the most part everything has been really great. They overloaded mayo a few times, and one time my lettuce was kind of gross but other then that I go there regularly.
stopped for the first time about a few months ago and loved what I ordered. The staff was friendly and the bagel was fresh. I went back and was just as happy as the first time. They are fast and efficient. I ordered an omelet sandwich and it was amazing will order breakfast again.

Staff is incredibly welcoming and very friendly. Bagels, sandwiches, muffins, and beverages are all delicious. Shop is bright and comfortable and a great place to visit over a meal.
