What a wonderful place!! We spent a night in Manitowoc to visit a friend and were treated to delicious beers at the Sabbatical. Great atmosphere, excellent service and a nice selection to choose from. Such an interesting use of this old mill.
Was completely blown away by the beer, the venue, and the Brett newski band tonight at sabbatical brewing company!! It was an incredible evening of rock and beer. People need to know about this and I am the one to enlighten them!! Congrats for exceeding my expectations which rarely if ever happens. Had there blueberry encrusted beverage which was delicious. The band was excellent in an not sion to forget evening!!!

I don't understand why people are not shoulder to shoulder at this bar waiting for a drink. Excellent beer of multiple types: Emilioooo Nitro Brown Ale, Roundabout Red Irish Red Ale, the Seeds of Fruition sour line are all so good!!!!! We have been here multiple times and everything we've tried has run from good to great! Sabbatical is well worth the hour drive for us. We'll see you soon!
