“I asked the other day for recommendations for a good Black Bean Burger in the area. I got a few recommendations for places I have already tried and a few new ones. One of new places suggested was The Cafe Green. So today the Hubby & I had lunch from there and the Black Bean Burger is absolutely delicious, ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ in my book. “This place makes amazing bagels. I spent a couple decades in big cities with bagel shops of various quality, but this place is up there with the best of them. So great to have them here in Menominee and doing well as a small business. The Bagel Shoppe is, hands down, the best place to get a breakfast sandwich in Menominee. They clearly know what they're doing on the bagel front and even have a lox and bagel on the menu. Their veggie cream cheese on a double-toasted jalepeño cheddar bagel is my favorite. Pro tip: put their crunchy herb-seasoned bagel chips on your breakfast sandwich--you're welcome👍 Every time I go in there, the people behind the counter are very friendly and welcoming, and they prepare orders promptly. This is a great place to sit and get some work done, too, especially if you want to support a local small business. They even have some comfy chairs with outlets nearby. Best of luck to these guys. “I want to thank the ladies at the Peshtigo Cafe for getting a dedicated grill/griddle for those of us with celiac disease. They wear gloves and use clean cooking utensils. The ladies have taken special care when preparing my breakfast. The omelettes are amazing. They also have gf toast if you want it.“
