Based on the reviews, this Dunkin’ location in Mauston is a diamond in the rough and one of the best in the area. The staff is always so nice, welcoming, and very customer oriented. They are so friendly and willing to make it right. One barista was so kind about a wrong drink order and gave a shot of vanilla to brighten the day. The coffee is consistent and amazing, with no bad coffee or sandwich ever. The hash browns are almost always burnt and greasy at other places, but this location got it right. The drive through started out rough and slow, but as the staff got trained, it became more efficient and is now pretty efficient. There is truck parking in the adjacent lot and a walk up window for those with a trailer or semi. The store is drive through only with a walk up window, with no indoor dining. The staff makes the place, and there is always a special for nurses, a free donut, or something free. This Dunkin’ is a favorite out of all the others in the area, and customers come here every morning.
