“Food was hot and tasty. This McDonald's was so short of staff it was ridiculous. We stopped in the morning on our way to do an errand. And stood there for 20 minutes and no one took our order so we left without eating. On the way home we stopped around 6:30 pm. At this time there was a young man who took our order, was very pleasant, and we got our order quickly. Need to commend this young man he was working really hard under bad circumstances yet he was smiling , efficient and going above and beyond. If we return to this McDonalds it would be because of the service we received from this young man. Perhaps you could go a little above and beyond for him.“
“I manage a cafe in Minneapolis & am pretty particular about espresso. When I say this was one of the best oat lattes I’ve had!We were on a roadtrip to Chicago and stopped on a hunch that it would be good. Service, environment, everything was lovely.The pistachio vegan chocolate was the icing on the cake.“
