“Fun stop at Dunkin’! The staff was friendly, service was great, and since it wasn’t busy, we had no wait at all. We ordered a couple of drinks and, by perfect timing, happened to be there on National Donut Day, so we even got free donuts with our drinks. Great experience all around. Five stars! 🍩☕😁“

“Even though I personally hate coffee, my girlfriend loves Starbucks, and the Tomah location is never a bad choice when she wants to stop. The staff are always friendly and the service has consistently been good. I also really like their merchandise, especially the cups and other drinkware. Overall, it’s a reliable Starbucks with friendly people and plenty of options even beyond the coffee.“

“I was not a happy camper at the McDonalds in Tomah yesterday--first of all no toilet paper or soap in the bathroom and it looked like a pig sty. Ok, I will let it go and tell them. Second, had an upset stomach, needed a small vanilla shake. The worker acted like it was a chore to even make it and they put it in a sundae container, I said, "no I ordered a vanilla shake". I then asked for the manager. I told the manager first it was the bathroom and I was nice about it, and now this making my order wrong. I asked them to correct the problem and they needed to get their act together and perform better customer service. The manager then started laughing at me and started waving her hand at me in a circle. I then said, I guess since you aren't going to be nice about this I was going to contact MCDOANALDS CORPORATE as I walked out the door and she said Tudaloo three times before I got out the door. I WILL NOT GO BACK THERE EVER AGAIN!“
