Coffee Shops in Tomah

“Went through the drive through and ordered a dozen with a big box of Joe to go. Donuts came out quick but I had to wait almost half hr for the coffee. Not terrible because I knew it would be fresh brewed but it was a pain to have to wait that long. Other than that. The lady was super nice and kind.“

“The coffee was great and the building was very nice! The employees were polite. Our experience here was a good one. There was a bit of a wait when we were there, but overall it was a great visit and some good coffee! Their drive thru is not organized the best… there were cars backed up into the road…. and there were only three cars in line. We chose to go in.“

“I was not a happy camper at the McDonalds in Tomah yesterday--first of all no toilet paper or soap in the bathroom and it looked like a pig sty. Ok, I will let it go and tell them. Second, had an upset stomach, needed a small vanilla shake. The worker acted like it was a chore to even make it and they put it in a sundae container, I said, "no I ordered a vanilla shake". I then asked for the manager. I told the manager first it was the bathroom and I was nice about it, and now this making my order wrong. I asked them to correct the problem and they needed to get their act together and perform better customer service. The manager then started laughing at me and started waving her hand at me in a circle. I then said, I guess since you aren't going to be nice about this I was going to contact MCDOANALDS CORPORATE as I walked out the door and she said Tudaloo three times before I got out the door. I WILL NOT GO BACK THERE EVER AGAIN!“
