“I don’t know his name but he worked the Wisconsin Dells Dunkin on Friday evening Dec 22. He was alone I believe, but he worked fast and well. He was managing drive thru and counter and even dealt with less than patient customers. Kudos to this gentleman. We will be back because of him!“

“Hi! My name is Alexis. I’m an Immediate Care Technician in Illinois. This is my friend Anna. She’s still working too in Wisconsin Dells at one of their hotels. This morning I called the Dunkin in the Dells and asked if there was any way they could send my friend Anna some coffee (the Dells didn’t seem to have UberEats from what I saw). The store said they typically wouldn’t do this, but today, they would! Anna and I have both been working a lot. Today in particular, she had been texting me saying how tired she was. We haven’t gotten to hangout for a while now because of this pandemic, & today Dunkin really came through! Anna said she “feels so loved” ! Thank you Dunkin for letting us two friends connect today & for energizing Anna 🥰🙌🏼☕️ we really are all in this together! 💪🏼 THANK YOU DUNKIN DONUTS WISCONSIN DELLS!“

“Is it just me, or is the Starbucks je ne sais quoi wearing off? Maybe if the workers seemed happy to be there it would be better? Maybe if they knew how to make a cappuccino consistently? I get way too many cappuccinos that are just steamed milk only, not good for my guyish figure.“

“Made our iced coffee exactly like we wanted as it wasn't on the menu. Very friendly, clean place. Food wasn't the best but we also didn't say anything to him as he was so busy. He did a phenomenal job with how busy he was. I would go back again.“
