I have been a customer for over 40 years.
We picked up 6 dozen buns for a party yesterday and they honestly are disappointing. They truly taste a day old, dry and brittle to the cut. What happened to your squishy buns? Just disappointed maybe next time they will be better.
Ordered a cake from West for my daughters quinceanera, we ended up finding so much hair in her cake allot of it was thrown out, when I told Molly she simply said oh sorry
The baby shower cake turned out so cute. The taste was amazing. The colors were perfect. First time ordering a cake and I will be returning.
