I have always loved chick fil a. I get it constantly. This morning I went and asked for a fruit parfait and I got yogurt with four blueberries in it. Seriously?? That’s why they get 2 starts for today.

I’ve been to other locations and I have to say that this location is filthy. It had an unpleasant odor in the dining area, the floors were dirty and I didn’t even go near the bathrooms out of fear. The food is ok but probably won’t go back.

I came far out in Menominee falls. So of course, the service was great. Pretty good food and fast. You didn't have to pay for your food and pull over and wait for anything it was all ready on time unlike McDonald's and Wendy's good job

Spend lots at this location, however, we are done and will never spend another dime there. Last time asked for regular deluxe sandwiches and got spicy. This time the chicken sandwich meat is decreased in size and was soggy and white as though no batter was even on it. The bread was soggy as well. We also asked for it to be run as extra crispy and have had it done..it taste much better and 99% of people don't eat soggy sandwiches. The person's accommodated us as they should have. Tonight after speaking with Brandon, he says they will not accommodate the extra crispy cook and offered no accommodations for the nasty undercooked meal. Thus, we are done with Chick fil a and will cook sandwiches correctly at home. This location is lacking and we won't waste time trying another.

I ordered a meal for delivery. They didn't add any of the sauce and the drink was wrong. Not only that but there was a hair in my drink. So disgusting and disappointing

This is the slowest chick fil a I've been to. And I come here once a week.

Update 11/7/2025: Ordered food really quick, there were only 3 cars in front of me but still waited 7-10 minutes to get my food. Nuggets were greasy which I think they had been sitting out for a while. Fries were hot but only half were actual fries, the other half were crumbles and tiny pieces of whole fries. One of the cookies was hot and fresh, the other was room temp. This is such a wish washy location on what you actually get now. Not sure why they have gone so downhill.

I came to pick up a catering order the morning of 10/4/2025. I’ve always had great customer service at other Chick-fil-A locations, so I wasn’t too worried but this visit was disappointing.

We arrived at 9:55 AM for an order scheduled for 10:15 AM. While I completely understand we were early. Instead of communicating clearly, the manager was short and dismissive. She made a point of saying we shouldn’t be there until 10:15 and then was telling employees that too several times. Simply explaining the situation or giving an updated timeframe would have gone a long way. We ended up waiting around 30 minutes with zero communication.

Most places I’ve catered from have the order at least partly prepared or keep you updated. We were traveling to a little boy’s birthday party, so we got there when we could as there has been lots of construction. A polite explanation would have gone a long way especially since we were standing there waiting for 30 mins.

As someone with years of management experience, I found the lack of communication and attitude unacceptable. Every other Chick-fil-A I’ve visited has been warm and friendly unfortunately, this location did not live up to that standard, and It all starts with the management.
