Chick-fil-A

I always thought Chick-fil-A was supposed to be one of the friendliest last food places, and they have been. Decided to try this location today, and it was a bad experience. First, they messed up our order, but they fixed it. However, when we got our order the person in the drive-thru had a very rude uncaring attitude. She even snapped on us. We had a nice size order which is normal, but we will be taking that elsewhere as we will never return to this location.

I've eaten at chick fil a since 1971....I've always loved it...however what the hell is up with the waffle fries????? They taste awful...did something change??? And ehy??? If the company changed things what are they thinking?????

Had a pleasant experience with the staff. The staff was very kind and polite. I highly recommend coming to this chic fil a with the service they provide and the kindness the staff showed towards me.

Definitely not what to expect it's clean to a point but very weirdly set up. The management is not welcoming at all no hellos or nothing just a look and that's it. I guess thats what they do.

Spend 15 minutes waiting just to get the wrong food.

Food was good. But, they completely forgot the 4 sauces I ordered. My mouth was almost as dry as when I eat Popeye's biscuit with no drink.

This Chick-Fli-A never gets the order right and drive through is extremely slow.

Too expensive but good. Drive through confusing as you get to a person to order without seeing a menu. And I feel bad for the ppl in the cold taking orders.

The one lady when checking me out at the drive through repeated my order and still got it wrong some how. Then when we get our food we were missing a drink and that’s the first thing we notice, Soon after that we notice that we only have two straws even though we have four drinks and then soon after that we were missing an entire two sandwhiches and fry’s. I must say, it was a disappointing experience. The chicken sandwich was dry and lacked flavor, which was surprising given the hype. The waffle fries were extra soggy and seemed like they had been sitting out for a while. To top it off, the service was slow, and the staff seemed uninterested in providing a good customer experience. Overall, it was not worth the visit, and I won't be going back anytime soon. Now I just found out that there was a hair in my food (I have short hair) Now there nuggets are good though.
