Fryer was down, so they replaced fries in my kid's meal with chili! In a kid's meal, really?! Very slow service. People were leaving. We specifically went at 11 a.m. so not to fight the lunch crowd.
I have been to this Culver’s multiple times and it is always great! I need to eat gluten free and they are always careful with the food and I never have a problem. Today I ordered and RJ took my order in the drive thru. He did a great job, asked if needing gluten free was an allergy and ensured the kitchen would know and be safe with everything. I will definitely keep coming back! (photo of my dog with a Culver’s pup cup!)
I love Culver's especially when they opened in Orlando. The French fries are hot, fresh, and seasoned well but the burger which it's known for was a little dry, and under seasoned. For these reasons, I took away one stat. Other than that, the service, atmosphere, and cleanliness is up to par! I am glad they do keep up with that standard. The custards are always a must and so is the cheese curds!
