First time to this Starbucks. The first thing you notice is that the parking lot is a bit precarious. There is only one entrance, which if from Appleton avenue. There is a bit of a hill, and with the drive-thru traffic it can get a little crazy.
There wasn't a line inside, so got my order placed right away. It took a few minutes with all the drive thru traffic.
My biggest complaint is that they didn't get my Chai Latte order right. I always ask for no water, and an extra pump of chai concentrate. This was definitely weaker than I am used to. I thought it be "okay", but in hindsight, I should have asked for a remake, but the place was busy. My bad :(

I have come to this starbucks many times and I will never be back. I asked for a latte with 4 shots in it, and when they first made it I could not taste the coffee. I then asked politely for it to be remade saying it did not taste like coffee. The person at the front counter argued with me saying she make it right, but made it again but made the same exact thing. The drink tasted like skim milk with syrup in it. Worst service I have gotten from a Starbucks in a long time. It's really disappointing to treat yourself on an expensive drink for it to taste horrible and for the serive to be bad.

The baristas were very impolite. They consisted of four individuals behind the counter who were all conversing and didn't even greet me, just looked at me. When I gave them my order, the girl taking it literally rolled her eyes and gave me an annoyed expression. They just started talking again after that, with no mention of the total or anything. So we paid, and after the drink was finished, they said nothing. They must improve their customer service.

Nice little Starbucks store inside a Target store. Makes shopping a little more tolerable (I'm not a big shopper, so every little incentive helps) The barista was super friendly and service was prompt. And, of course, our drinks were delicious!
