The staff is known for their kindness, patience, and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure a great experience. Many visitors highlight the cleanliness and spaciousness of the location, which features plenty of parking and seating, including a large patio that is kid-friendly and handicap accessible. The restaurant feels like a fun, inviting place, sometimes described as a "butterburger amusement park" due to its sprawling compound and lively environment.
Food quality at Culver’s is consistently praised. Visitors enjoy classic items such as cheese curds, butter burgers, pork loin sandwiches, fish sandwiches, and custard. The food is served fresh and quickly, with some describing the fries as scalding hot and the tenders as perfectly seasoned and crispy. The cheese curds are often noted as tasting fresh from the dairy farm, and the custard is considered a delicious treat, especially after a long day or hangover. One reviewer mentioned that the restaurant maintains a high standard of excellence; in fact, they even redid a sandwich to ensure it met their standards, and handed out free concrete mixer cards to maintain quality.
Overall, Culver’s in Menomonie is celebrated for its delicious food, fast service, and outstanding staff. Many visitors express a desire to return and recommend it to others, especially those in the Upper Midwest, for a satisfying meal in a warm, friendly setting.
