More annoying than anything else. They send some person on foot to come out and take your order and when you’re trying to look at the menu, which I have to go back to get all, they keep asking you over and over again is do you want a basket. I don’t know what I want, which is why I was looking at the menu. But they just want to keep hounding that question instead of letting you actually make a decision. The food is excellent; service could not be any better. Great family atmosphere!
Since moving to Menominee every time we go to the Menominee location something forgotten in the bag. Last night we went and never received our coleslaw and had to turn around to go get it. Turn forward to tonight and got two value meals and they forgot the fries…. Once again had to go into the store and get them. The staff member I spoke with talked down to me when I explained to her what happened and when I asked for a business card for the manager she rolled her eyes at me....read full review
