Pre ordered my donuts and drinks the day before for a morning pick up the next day. Asked for No Chocolate munchkins Out of 100 munchkins ordered I had at least 30 that were chocolate and would be thrown away cuz no body likes the chocolate in my house. Called and they told me they could only give me 15 donuts to replace what was wrong. Told me that’s all they had. EHH HAVE PREORDER IF THE ORDER IS NOT GONNA BE CORRECT WHEN U GET THERE TO PICK IT UP?? Shouldn’t it be...
I don’t really have a problem with this place but this is the third time in a week I’ve came in and the same kid was being bum rushed by a giant drive through line and a full lobby. He took a long time to get through it all despite the fact that he was hustling. Guy was in a full sweat trying his hardest. I didn’t mind that it took him so long to get to me but others did. I tried to give the kid a tip and he told me he couldn’t take it…I’m guessing it goes to management.
The Dunkin in Mequon on Port Washington Road is by far the BEST Dunkin around! The early morning women who open and run the place are outstanding! They and the fabulous iced coffee certainly help me start my day off right!!! Highly recommend 👌 👍 👏
