The last 3 times the food came out very quickly. Actually too quick. There's no way it was fresh cooked. I suspect some sort of pouch or pre -prepped portions and the involvement of a microwave. My Quesadillas were cold and the meat tasted stale. We like going here, but this is the 3rd time the food has been questionable. The staff is always good.
I am giving a five star review for the staff. I notified the host and hostess that there was an issue. They got a manager and everything was handled well. Manager went above and beyond to handle the situation. Our server Nate did a great job. Been eating here many years. Not about to write a negative review. We will be back. Keep up the great work!!
The staff is so friendly, the food is diverse and amazing, and the beverage selection is vast. I have enjoyed every experience I've had at the Highland House and can't recommend this place enough!
