I made an order for 3 sandwiches, set the time for delivery, and it has taken over 2 hours to arrive. the excuse I get from JJ is that "they use third party drivers and didn't know how far away they were". what the heck is that all about? horrible customer service.
2 hrs to deliver one sandwich 6 minutes away...and it was soggy and warm by the time it got to me 🤢
