The BAR is a small, quaint establishment located in downtown Mercer. The interior is cozy, with wood siding that gives it a homely atmosphere. The owner, John, runs the bar and cooks delicious food in one of the cleanest kitchens in the area. They serve amazing Italian beef sandwiches and Vienna hot dogs, imported directly from Chicago. The bar is also known for having the "coldest shots in town." Despite the limited vegetarian options, the food is excellent and the service is top-notch. There is ample parking available for all types of vehicles, including UTVs and ATVs. Whether you're stopping by after a ride on a side by side or looking for a place to bring a group of friends, The BAR is a great spot to enjoy quality food and drinks in a welcoming environment.
