This was our first visit, and overall it was a solid experience. The bartender/server was friendly and attentive the entire time.
The atmosphere is kitschy and fun, though the decor feels a bit unfocused. The space was also dimmer than expected given the number of windows. The menu could use stronger color contrast, as everything blends together in low light and makes it harder to read. Just stopped in after seeing this is open as a bar again. They have pizza now and said they will have other food soon. Beautiful historic building with full bar and outdoor seating. Great atmosphere and lots of space.
We used The Old Schoolhouse for a celebration of life and can’t say enough great things about this venue. It was perfect for our needs. Sarah and Chris went far beyond our wants and needs to make sure everything was perfect and went smoothly. They went above and beyond.
