“We are really happy that we chose Capital for our wedding reception. Dawn and colleagues were very accommodating and helpful, and the bartenders on the night were fantastic. We had the two indoors rooms and access to the biergarten, and (despite my best efforts with a killer wedding playlist) by the end of the night everyone was out in the biergarten listening to the great live band. “My group of three spent a really enjoyable couple of hours at Delta Beer Lab on a Friday evening. We loved the variety of drink options that were available, and LOVE that the brewery has board games and big tables to play at. The food we ordered was also really good (jumbo pretzel and a chicken bacon ranch pizza). The staff were very friendly and did a good job explaining the food cooking process to us. Also love all the events that the brewery hosts! It’s always fun to check out some local vendors while enjoying a beer.“

“I love this place. I was so excited when family moved to Waunakee and to find a “brand new” microbrewery in 2017. The beers are all good (IMHO). One of my favorite IPAs of all time is the Off The Rails IPA. The food is great. I love their deep fried cheese curds. The sandwiches are all good too.“
