To start with I'm in a wheelchair. These people are the best!! They helped me around the store. We discussed coffee roasting and different types of coffees and even gave me a demonstration!!! I have NEVER had better customer service experience! I am sold!! If you are new to coffee roasting do not hesitate to go here! Best of all they are a small locally owned business! UPDATE: I am happy with the solution and understand the troubles of email traffic making its way into the wrong folders. They reached out and corrected the issue within 24 hours of seeing my review.
