Customer service is lacking in many ways. The girl at the register completely disregarded me as I was next in line and took the woman behind me. Then avoided coming back to the register or making eye contact with me. When she finally did she didn't say a word to me and when I stated I was there to pick up an order, she pointed to the counter and proceeded to help the next customer in line.

Their breakfast dishes are so good and the coffee is awesome! Would recommend this place for anyone who loves a relaxing atmosphere, lots of beautiful plants, good food, and service.
I have only visited the Sun Prairie location since October 2023. My go-to is the breakfast sandwich and my son, who is very particular about his French Toast, says it's his absolute favorite. I'm not a coffee drinker but their Chai is my favorite when I'm out and about. Don't forget to ask for the cheesy potatoes!
