I was looking for a really good "authentic" Polish sausage for Easter Brunch. We did a tasting of several different companies Polish sausage and M&P was fantastic and extremely authentic. In addition, they were able to accommodate my order of 60#. The owners were wonderful and I love to support locally owned businesses. Keep up the good work.
OK so first of all just know we go along with the flow of my Son who is obviously younger (LOL) and knows all the COOL places to try while his ancient Parents just stay around home in West Allis. Anyway he took us to this cute Deli and had us order some sausages from the Deli counter and it was so cute because people were in there speaking Polish I think but anyway my Hubby found a good Black Beer Porter that he liked and my Son got some Peerogies to that he said were tasty! The smoked was amazing-brought back memories. The fresh was wonderful as well.
I will try pierogis sometime but I’m making them homemade tomorrow with my grandmas recipe.
