I just wanted to thank you so much for preparing the food and delivering it under such difficult circumstances. The food was fantastic — everyone enjoyed it. Even my mom, who is a proud cook and not easily impressed, made an unprecedented comment about how great it was.Some of the local friends have already asked for your location so they can visit your place themselves. We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at Alem. Since both of us ordered the vegetarian combo, we got one big platter full of dinners and delicious dishes (yellow peas, cabbage, collards, lentils, and spinach). The flavors were perfect.

It was early in the evening when we arrived so it wasn't too busy, but as good as the food is, I can see how it could easily be packed most of the time.

Great food, kind service, superb value. We'll visit...

This is truly a culinary experience!

The place is decorated in a traditional style, and the well-trained, attentive staff helped us understand a bit of their culture, then gave us a brief description of the dishes. The food was excellent we discovered some unique and pleasantly surprising flavors. The portions are generous. Highly recommended!
