I was really excited to try Ardent's new bar and lounge section. You can make reservations but they also leave some room for walk-ins. I made a reservation for a Saturday night. Service was impeccable, as always, and so was the food. They have a really great bartender and such unique cocktails. The only pre fee coursed meal I'd experienced before coming to Ardent was Thomas Keller's Per Se.... Let me tell you, this experience at Ardent exceeded every past "elite" dining experience I've had.Each course was well thought out and beautifully executed. Highlights on our menu were the curry carrot cake and the uni onion soup. Each course held an element of surprise and finesse. I asked my boyfriend to take my back here for my birthday. Everyone cross your fingers!!!!
