This was our first time dining at Birch and we truly loved it. We sat at the counter and were able to watch the kitchen team, their culinary skills, and teamwork which was outstanding. We sat in the bar, which had a great vibe. The specialty drinks were creative and flavorful. The smash burgers excellent. It would be nice if the burger was served with roasted potatoes or roasted sweet potatoes! The grilled beet salad was good. And the chocolate mousse was amazing. We will be back.
This was by far one of the best restaurants in Milwaukee. From apps to dessert and can't forget the birch burger! Amazing food and service. Will definitely recommend and will be back very soon!
