Fantastic food and the cornmeal ice cream was one of the best desserts I have had. Our server was okay and that was the issue. The wine, the food, and the ambiance were superior and an okay server sticks out more in a place like this....cannot recommend Birch enough.
Food was absolutely delicious - incredible, fresh flavors! Great ambiance plus, we did counter seating so entertaining to see the kitchen in action. This continues to be one of our favorite restaurants in Milwaukee!
As usual, we had an amazing experience at Birch. My wife and I sat at the Chef's Counter and had the tasting menu. The food was all incredible, and Chef Zach and Chef Issac (who recently joined the team) took great care of us. It's a true pleasure to be able to watch the entire team work with such precision and turn-out some of the best food in Milwaukee.
