“Erik is absolutely incredible. My wife and I are new wisconsinites and have been in search of a BK we can call home as it has been a family staple between the two of us for many years. I am so beyond elated and relieved at the customer service Erik provided, he went above and beyond. This man deserves the recognition and acknowledgement for his services and efforts made to ensure my wife and are were treated like king and queen.“

“Not going lie first time in long time I went in and not to bad everything fr last time is like a whole different BK good service good food the vibes 👌 not going lie I thought it was going to be like last time were they didn't get my food right they had me wait in line and got my order wrong that was a while ago I can honestly say they changed. “As soon as someone behind the counter noticed me entering, I was greeted. The line for the drive thru was pretty long and it seemed like someone had called out because they didn't have enough people to take orders at the register.

I've read other reviews for this location mentioning them being understaffed but that's not always a reflection of the employees in the store, sometimes it's on the district / general manager.

I've been through the drive thru before and the woman with red hair was the one who helped me, she was kind and patient then and she was the same when I went in yesterday. I forgot to ask the other person's name but she was the one bagging up orders and handing them out.

It was going to be kind of a long wait on one of the things I ordered but I didn't have time to stay that long so she offered to let me sub it for something else which was great! I got an extra drink.

I hope someone from district comes in and actually helps them with recruitment and development. This location has people who are good employees but the strain of being understaffed isn't fair!“

“i haven't been to a Burger King in a while, so this was a wonderful experience!
i'm the type of person to love a quiet, not too stimulating atmosphere. thats exactly how it was here and i believe the customer service was amazing! i don't know the lady’s name who took my order, but she was incredibly sweet!
my mom and i just ordered two Whoppers, fries, drinks, two apple cinnamon pies, and 4pc jalapeño cheddar bits.
just the type of experience you’d want every time.

“The restaurant was clean, the staff was friendly, and my number was called by the time I paid and filled my drink. My order was correct, the food was hot, and I got some ketchup packets, napkins, and the zesty sauce in the bag. Thank you for the great service!“

“I only went through the drive-thru so keep that in mind, but the service was fast enough for me ( my friend who is driving complained to me about the slow service, but I think he is impatient and complains for probably every place 😅

The food was hot & tasty as expected! I'd have to go inside to see if it's worthy of a 5 star 👍🏻“

“There was a very nice representative who helped us with our orders and was a perfect example of what customer service is. I did not catch her name. She was wearing glasses. We don't ever do this but we decided to stay in and eat. It was clean and the food was fresh. Great job to the women at the register and staff. ❤️“
