Carbon Steak is a classy restaurant with beautiful decor and top-notch service. The Mother's Day brunch was a steal at $35 per person, featuring attentive staff. Guests have enjoyed the Bubbles and Bumps happy hour, where the food and drinks were great and offered excellent value. However, some felt rushed as servers frequently tried to take plates away, even while they were still eating. The steak was noted to be a bit inconsistent, with one guest expressing disappointment over the pasta with a filet steak, comparing it to a salisbury steak. Despite this, the house bread, potatoes, green beans, and ricotta spread have received high praise. Overall, the experience has been rated around 7 out of 10, with many recommending a visit for the lovely atmosphere and amazing lavender lemonade.
