Carbon Steak is a classy restaurant with beautiful decor and top-notch service. The Mother's Day brunch was a steal at $35 per person, featuring attentive staff. Guests have enjoyed the Bubbles and Bumps happy hour, where the food and drinks were great and offered excellent value. The steak was noted to be a bit inconsistent, with one guest expressing disappointment over the pasta with a filet steak, comparing it to a salisbury steak. Despite this, the house bread, potatoes, green beans, and ricotta spread have received high praise. The place has a great vibe, and the service is wonderful. The Executive Chef, who used to work at The Capital Grille, creates fantastic dishes that you can't find anywhere else in the city, including the best burger in town. The Marilyn Monroe cocktail is a must-try. Carbon Steak is a great place to visit for the lovely atmosphere and amazing food.
