Carbon Steak is a classy restaurant with beautiful decor and top-notch service. The Mother's Day brunch was a steal at $35 per person, with attentive staff like Dylan and Thomas. The steak was a bit inconsistent, but the house bread, potatoes, green beans, and ricotta spread were phenomenal. Despite some minor service hiccups, the overall experience was rated 7 out of 10. A great place to try out and definitely worth returning for dinner.
