“It has been a very long time since I have experienced a superb restaurant serving exotic Nepalese dishes. Sometimes memories are hard to compete with. Most actual dishes just do not dance on your palate the same way you remembered them. Surprised to hear that Cafe Everest was so close to my travel area, I decided to give them a try. I had little in expectations as the blending of spices is a delicate formula and many have tried but none came close to my memories. Each bite led me to another, the spices brought me back to the same conclusions after each and every bite "oh this is good it is really good. I was and am delighted. Everest Cafe you found a devoted customer. "Hmmmm this is good this is really good!"“

“I usually go to Fortune but they don’t use any delivery platforms. JJ Chen has some authentic Cantonese classics. My favorites are the ong choy with fermented bean paste, dim sum selections, crispy tofu skin pork rolls, and their beef stew casserole. I order from them at least 3 times a week now. Not American Chinese but truly authentic Chinese. Their white rice could use some attention so I order the brown or fried rice. Yay!“

“DanDan is delicious and I can’t wait to come back! The General Tao’s cauliflower was the best I’ve ever had. I also enjoyed the DanDan Noodles and Sichuan Pork Dumplings which both had amazing flavor and were quite filling. The Golden Pineapple drink was incredible and I’m still thinking about it! Next time I’m going to explore deeper into the menu and drink list.“
