Placed a large (20 pizzas) order the previous day over the phone for the pizza to be sliced in 10 instead of 8 (which the person on the phone said was fine.) show up at 5 when the pizza was supposed to be ready, 5:15 and they are only 1/2 through making the pizzas… which were cut incorrectly. Contact customer service and the best they can offer is $20 gift certificate. That covers 2 of additional 6 pizzas we had to purchase because of their screw up. placed an online order 5/8/24 at 9:30 am for lunch for my students about 4 blocks from this store.. no one showed like previous posts at 11:45 am called and called and called and called no one would answer.... finally at 12:45 a "Chanel" answered and said the driver was on his way and would call me momentarily.... zip, nada, no call no nothing... then couldn't get through ever again the whole day... on top of that Domino's is so crappy now, you can't even call corporate to get...read full review
