The franchisee that runs this location is (apparently) Doug Baretz, who (apparently) owns the monopoly on Dominos in Milwaukee.
Doug (or someone who reports up to him) has implemented a policy that, if the order is going to an area that is predominantly minority residents (not just Black), they will not deliver your order if you don't prepay for it. Meaning, your cash isn't good and they think you're a criminal.

Even after ordering weekly over $50 in food from here they can't get stuff made properly. While Will was there things were fine for our order and since he has been gone, staff dont care about the customers. I was refused a remake on a pizza n told I need to start going to anothet location because way too much sauce was on my wife's pizza (no gaul bladder so she orders light bbq sauce). If this location is happy missing out on $50ish weekly, that is their call... Employees also...read full review
