This location would be better if more than 1 person at time was on duty. Every time we come on 1 person is working. Today there were 2 people but the outcome was the same. Extremely slow.
The male that works here is absolutely tarnishing to the business. He is completely rude and careless!!!!! He is always frustrated and mean to customers . I’d be happy to talk in there and not see his face.
I came here for a donut and a drink. I was in line for 15 mins waiting on the drink. The manager Maria Rodriguez came to give me another order. I told her I was waiting on a drink. About 3 mins later the cashier come back to the window and I told her I was waiting on a drink she told me about another 3mins after already waiting for 10 mins. Finally I asked for a refund and I was told they don’t do refunds but I still didn’t have the drink. Maria proceed to speak Spanish...read full review
