It's very close to the KFC on Appleton & Capitol. But it is certainly not as good. It's in a bad area known for a lot of robberies. The drive-thru, which didn't even have that much vehicles in it, was at a standstill for over 30 minutes. When I finally got food, I opened the bag to see that the VERY COLD food I received wasn't even my order! After having a terrible experience at the North Ave Location in Wauwatosa my family and I were done with KCF! I was so upset I called and talked with Simona the area manager who offered to resolve the issue if we would come into the Fond Du Lac Ave location. (I advised her we would go in on Friday) My husband and I went into this store around 11:30-12 PM we were greeted with a smile by the staff.
