This team of employees are like fast food athletes. The speed, attention to detail and customer service is too notch. And if they fail at being able to provide you a specific item due to inventory. They comp you on any substitute along with a sincere apology, even though it's not even directly their fault. Not my usual taco bell I order the grill cheese steak burrito and got ground beef and a everything with no tomatoes and got tomatoes. They correct my item that had tomatoes on it and gave me a couple for a free taco but didn't correct my burrito
Usually great. However the last time I went, March 7, I was told I could only order on the app. That isn't convenient when you don't have a phone with you. Staff seemed too lazy to punch in my order on their computer, but like I said, usually great. The long term employees always take good care of me. Figure this out TacoBell!
