Not my usual taco bell I order the grill cheese steak burrito and got ground beef and a everything with no tomatoes and got tomatoes. They correct my item that had tomatoes on it and gave me a couple for a free taco but didn't correct my burrito
Usually great. However the last time I went, March 7, I was told I could only order on the app. That isn't convenient when you don't have a phone with you. Staff seemed too lazy to punch in my order on their computer, but like I said, usually great. The long term employees always take good care of me. Figure this out TacoBell!
Jared, the lady that works to drive-through I guess she’s the manager not 100% sure gave me the best customer service experience I’ve ever gotten from Taco Bell. They messed up my food the day before, and she honored my food and gave me a drink, showing empathy. definitely need more people like her in the
