The Fitz, located in the Ambassador hotel, offers an upscale dining experience. The restaurant features white tablecloths, cloth napkins, and large art pieces on the walls. The menu offers a range of options, including the Milwaukee cheese steak, shaved prime rib with melted provolone, sautéed mushrooms, and onion au jus. The fries are cooked to order, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The au jus, however, lacks seasoning and flavor. The restaurant has a great selection of cocktails, including the Gin Rickey, made with aged Rehorst barrel Gin and a big cube of ice infused with lime zest. Overall, The Fitz is a great place for an adult cocktail and lunch in a fancy restaurant in a nice hotel.
