We went thru drive thru with a mobile order and were told to come inside to pick up. Because of the snow and ice, that was a bad option, so the employee agreed to serving us thru drive thru.The order was short one item, which was denied at first, then given to us.I thought my Mexican pizza was pretty good. Usually great. However the last time I went, March 7, I was told I could only order on the app. That isn't convenient when you don't have a phone with you. Staff seemed too lazy to punch in my order on their computer, but like I said, usually great. The long term employees always take good care of me. Figure this out TacoBell!
