Tom’s Smokehouse is seriously top notch BBQ. The sausage & brisket are to die for, with flavor and tenderness that are impressive. The brisket falls apart like butter, has a beautiful smoke ring, and is always well seasoned. The pulled pork is excellent, and the cornbread is a must—dense, stays together, not dry, with a hint of sweetness. The mac and cheese is a goto side that kids love, and the coleslaw is delicious. The BBQ sauce is one of the favorites, and the mustard sauce is just as impressive. The meat is perfectly smoked, tender, and full of flavor, with sides that are equally amazing. The sampler platter is fantastic, with the brisket as the standout. The mini charcuterie box is a favorite special item. Tom and his team are super friendly and kind, providing quick service and top-notch service. This BBQ truck is one of the best in the area and a must-try for any BBQ lover. They catered an event with 100+ attendees, and everyone loved the food, with many compliments. Consistency is key, and the quality is the exact same on every visit. Highly recommend.
