We found this little gem of a diner and wish it we would have found it sooner. It has really nice old school vibe. We ordered gyros, which sometimes it is hit or miss, but these were really good. Our friend ordered a bacon cheeseburger which was really good as well. All came with fries that I think were batter dipped and were excellent. The young waitress was very attentive but I forgot her name. We took home a couple of frozen pasties for later. We will definitely be back...
We enjoyed our breakfast - the service from Helen was top-notch, the food and coffee was good, and we enjoyed the quiet small town atmosphere. This cafe has a ton of character. Don't forget to ask for the homemade jam!
The biscuits and gravy were delicious, but unfortunately, the service really missed the mark. The young waitress clearly had a lot to learn about waitressing. Oddly, she didn’t even bring me a menu at the start, despite not appearing busy.
