I normally do not comment on chain restaurants. However, my server greeted me warmly and provided excellent service. The facility was very clean, as well. I ordered the super supreme, which arrived quickly and was done to perfection.
Generally a great place. Currently use the drive up weekly but recently when I got there they had messed up the order and asked me to pull to the carryout spots in the front. I did. Waited another 20 minutes to get pizza, and was not even offered an apology for the wait and circumstances. Usually a great place and fine customer service. This experience was frustrating.

Food & service was great, ordering thru the pizza hut app not so much. Tried to order 8 pizzas for a party, wasted 25 minutes apptemting to use app & get my "points", spent 3 minutes ordering with a live friendly person on the phone, who needs the points?
