We had not been to this place in a very long time and we live near Monroe! We were very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. One of those rare places that still have an open flame grill. The food was very good and our waitress was very friendly and attentive. We will definitely be back!
Look for the Blatz sign on the building, and go down the stairs to the basement entry. Rathskeller is a dark, small bar with good A/C and pleasant bartender. A bottle of Blatz is a buck. There are all kinds of knickknacks scattered about, every surface in the place has seen better days and the ceiling is a bit low.
