“This McDonald's was the cleanest darn McD I have seen north of Wausau, not only inside but outside as well. No cigarette butts or garbage anywhere, not even pieces of leftover winter garbage in the bushes. Inside I was amazed how clean the place was. No scraps of tissues, no staws or staw wrappers, even the corners I saw were clean. For me the big test is the bathroom. Again, I was impressed with how clean everything wad. This couldn't be McDonald's?! Kitchen area that I could see was also clean. No smashed fries in the ground. Even the flurry station was clean. The stainless steal seemed polished. The staff was friendly. It's refreshing to me to see a fast food restaurant that actually cares about standards and the importance of keeping it clean. Maybe it was a spoof. But bravo for being darn clean the day I showed up. I always appreciate a clean toilet to sit on.“

“We came in Friday night during the dinner rush. The young man who was tending the first dining room did a phenomenal job. He was attentive and apologetic about the wait (which was non existent). Our pizza was amazing. Such a hidden gem in Wausau“

“They have what you expect as anywhere else as far as Arby's but the service was phenomenal. The first guy we walked into was happy to accommodate changing our online order. Then the second guy that helped us was so friendly and happy to help us. He even came outside to check if we wanted sauces when my friend and I stepped outside. If I could give those two guys a 6 star review I would. It's nice to still see kind faces in fast food.“

“Formerly hated Taco John's due to a bad visit in Marshfield over 10 years ago. We decided to give this location a shot....SOOO glad we did. We are hooked! The food is great, the staff and friendly and helpful, and the restaurant is clean. Better than Taco Bell, hands down!“

“Generally speaking the service at Culver’s is great but tonight I decided I wanted a sundae and would patronize the Culver’s in Rothschild needless to say I felt like I was a bother to the server in the drive up when I drove up to pay. I asked for covers for my order and she acted like I was putting her out and no thank you! Just not a good experience tonight.“

“Got the Steak Bowl with a side of Nacho Cheese Fries and a Strawberry Passion Fruit Agua Fresca. The fries tasted amazing, though were a little limp, so I airfried them. The drink was not overpoweringly sweet - it had a little acid or bitterness (maybe from lime or passion fruit?) to balance it out. The steak was a bit too salty and definitely not high quality meat and the rice was a little dry, but the overall flavor of the bowl was good. Enjoyed my meal!“

“The management here makes the employees empty the trash receptacle in the bathrooms with their hands. I mean, there are no trash bags, they literally have to pull the trash out with their hands. Wait until a junkie shoots up in your bathroom and dumps his needle under some of the trash, like in the bigger cities. I cannot for the life of me think that the management here would allow such a thing.“

“The staff at this place are honestly super friendly and always helpful. It makes stopping by a pleasant experience, even if the food quality can be a bit hit or miss. Sometimes it's really delicious, and other times it's just okay. It's a decent option when you're craving something quick and easy. I'd still go back for the good vibes, though.“
