“I just got food from here and they went above and beyond. How they served me to get my food is how any place that makes food should be I ordered through the drive-thru and look places make mistakes, I should know. I used to work in the restaurant industry. They messed up my order (forgot to hand me a shake i ordered) not a big deal, and they caught the issue with an allergy on a burger i have. They informed me about their mistake and were very prompt to fix it. They didn't need to do this part even though they are required to they did give me something extra for the mistake but I was okay with everything I would definitely come back here because they care about customers and their well-being for an allergy“

“We stopped at Hardee’s in Marshfield today during the snowstorm and were helped by Tina and Addison. The weather was rough, roads were snow-covered, and it was clearly a challenging shift — but they were there, working hard and doing their best to take care of customers.

Even with a smaller crew than usual and difficult conditions, our food was hot and fresh, and service was steady and kind. That kind of work ethic deserves recognition.

Showing up during a storm and pushing through a demanding shift says a lot about a person. I hope management sees this and acknowledges Tina and Addison for their dedication today. It mattered.“

“Hands down the best Taco Bell in Wood County. Might be the best Taco Bell I've ever been to. The food is always hot, they make sure they get orders right and do their best to make it right if there is a mistake. The staff is always pleasant and seem happy to be there which is awesome!
