“They have what you expect as anywhere else as far as Arby's but the service was phenomenal. The first guy we walked into was happy to accommodate changing our online order. Then the second guy that helped us was so friendly and happy to help us. He even came outside to check if we wanted sauces when my friend and I stepped outside. If I could give those two guys a 6 star review I would. It's nice to still see kind faces in fast food.“

“Generally speaking the service at Culver’s is great but tonight I decided I wanted a sundae and would patronize the Culver’s in Rothschild needless to say I felt like I was a bother to the server in the drive up when I drove up to pay. I asked for covers for my order and she acted like I was putting her out and no thank you! Just not a good experience tonight.“

“We did an online order that my wife picked up on her way home. They mixed up our breads to sandwiches. Wife got home 15 minutes from store. I called about the mix up and Michael got us refunded and apologized. Like he had a thought their was a mix up. It would have been a huge issue but me and my wife have food allergies thar cross each other. I couldn't eat the really big mistake because I don't eat mayo or ranch and my wife cannot eat oregano. “We drive from Weston to this McDonalds for our Grandkids to play!! What we have noticed lately is that all the tables in the play area are dirty!! Staff are talking amongst themselves but are not keeping up with the tables and chairs!!! This is the third time now. Never have written a review before this but thought it would help get this McDonalds cleaned up!! I wonder if these kids are trained how to clean tables and chairs or are they just thrown into this job???? What's management doing also?? Thank you!“
