“Shout out to the staff. Our wait time was extended due to an unfortunate customer in front of us refusing to pull ahead, they demanded to wait at the window until their order was fulfilled. Some dude with Illinois plates, no shocker!
We got to the window and the young lady was super kind, apologetic and pleasant despite the previous customer being less than ideal.
This particular location seems to be understaffed for whatever reason. It's a challenging business, so I am going to speculate that has something to do with that. So the food is never fast fast here, but the quality seems to surpass competitors. The gyros are awesome, like something you would get out of a good food truck.
Prices are the typical high for fast food, but you can get some discounts on the app to get a little better pricing.
I am compelled to leave a good review for this location because the staff here trys really hard and super nice.

“Generally speaking the service at Culver’s is great but tonight I decided I wanted a sundae and would patronize the Culver’s in Rothschild needless to say I felt like I was a bother to the server in the drive up when I drove up to pay. I asked for covers for my order and she acted like I was putting her out and no thank you! Just not a good experience tonight.“

“We did an online order that my wife picked up on her way home. They mixed up our breads to sandwiches. Wife got home 15 minutes from store. I called about the mix up and Michael got us refunded and apologized. Like he had a thought their was a mix up. It would have been a huge issue but me and my wife have food allergies thar cross each other. I couldn't eat the really big mistake because I don't eat mayo or ranch and my wife cannot eat oregano. Very stratified with the fixing.“

“We came in Friday night during the dinner rush. The young man who was tending the first dining room did a phenomenal job. He was attentive and apologetic about the wait (which was non existent). Our pizza was amazing. Such a hidden gem in Wausau“

“Emily was the greatest clerk. She went above and beyond to accommodate my husband's request. Terrific customer support skills. Food is fantastic as well. Burgers cooked to perfection. Hubby is gluten intolerant and they can accommodate this better than any other fast food company. Greatly appreciated the opportunity to eat out safely.“

“Nice JJs location, staff were friendly and helpful, food was good, and quick. The restaurant was clean, including clean bathrooms, and in a nice location with decent parking. Easy to get to from the highway when we were just passing through. We would definitely recommend this Jimmy John's location!“

“The management here makes the employees empty the trash receptacle in the bathrooms with their hands. I mean, there are no trash bags, they literally have to pull the trash out with their hands. Wait until a junkie shoots up in your bathroom and dumps his needle under some of the trash, like in the bigger cities. I cannot for the life of me think that the management here would allow such a thing.“

“Patient, friendly staff. Clean establishment. Everyone had a smile on their face and were willing to answer questions.
The food looked really fresh in the case. We had the orange chicken (my daughter's favorite) which was good and tried a serving of mushroom chicken. (I thought it looked good with the vegetables and wanted to try something new.)
To be honest I was a little disappointed in the mushroom chicken just seemed like a lack of seasoning in the sauce and/meat. Wasn't much flavor. I felt the same way when I tasted the beef and broccoli. (I wanted to like it.)“

“We drive from Weston to this McDonalds for our Grandkids to play!! What we have noticed lately is that all the tables in the play area are dirty!! Staff are talking amongst themselves but are not keeping up with the tables and chairs!!! This is the third time now. Never have written a review before this but thought it would help get this McDonalds cleaned up!! I wonder if these kids are trained how to clean tables and chairs or are they just thrown into this job???? What's management doing also?? Thank you!“

“Culver's is always my go to for delicious burgers. Actually, everything on the menu is delicious, except the salads. I haven't tried them, yet. I'm sure they are great too. Honestly, I'm not going there for a salad. I'm addicted to cheeseburgers. 😉 Culver's is the best in fast food burgers! 🍔 😋 Also, the price per person I chose on this review is probably not the norm for most people. When it comes to Culver's, I can't help myself from indulging in my favorite food.“

“Perfect taco bell experience. Friendly constantly rotation staff. Components of menu items all resemble, taste and look the same so it's always as if they didn't mess up your order. And perfect if you use the app you can catch a few deals.smoke before you go it won't matter anyways .“

“I got the Philly Cheesesteak.
It was alright, but it left me wishing I'd ordered one of the burgers or crispy chicken sandwiches like I had planned.
The Philly could be improved greatly by putting the same amount of filling on half the sized bun and being toasted.“

From the moment I walked in, she had such a positive, welcoming attitude. She was friendly, patient, and genuinely seemed like she cared about doing a great job. My bowl was made perfectly, and you can tell she takes pride in what she does.

It’s not every day you come across someone who brings that kind of energy and attention to detail, and it really stood out. Labasha made my whole visit better just by being herself.

“I had a great experience at Taco Bell! My order was fresh, accurate, and served quickly. The Cheesy Fiesta Potatoes were absolutely delicious—perfectly seasoned, warm, and loaded with creamy cheese and sour cream. They were the perfect comfort food side.
I also treated myself to the Cinnamon Twists, and they were light, crispy, and coated with just the right amount of cinnamon sugar. They made a great sweet finish to the meal.
The staff was friendly, the restaurant was clean, and the food tasted great. I'll definitely be coming back for those Cheesy Fiesta Potatoes and Cinnamon Twists again!“

“On February 8th 2026 I visited Subway in Mosinee WI for a friend. I noticed how clean and stocked the Subway store was and the sandwich line. Chris greeted me and was super friendly and helpful he honestly gave great service and was very cool to chat with!! Atlas also a top notch employee she helped me days before but was also working With Chris Sunday. They are both very good at their jobs, very helpful, super friendly and honestly customer service all around from them both is 5 stars. Thank you both of you for being great humans. “They finally have Honey Oat bread again!!! That’s always been my favorite and I’ve missed it for the last several years when they didn’t offer it. I was very happy to see that it was back! ?

Parking: Their parking lot is a little tight if you stop there with a trailer

Kid-friendliness: They have a fairly extensive sandwich menu, I would think you could satisfy most kids

The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Tha boss lady is very caring for her associates and customers. I will go to this Subway as long as I am here in Wausau!
