I love McDonald's but lately no matter which one I go to I always get a messy burger and bits and pieces of french fries that have been double fried and are burned. I always have to take the fries back for fresh ones even after I ordered hot fresh fries in the first place. I still go to McDonald's to see if I can find a McDonald's that actually makes food like it's pictures. Some day ?
Yesterday my sister and I decided to get McDonald’s at like 7:00 pm and as we ordered, this car came in front of us claiming that they had OUR order but I know that it is out of your control. But the thing that really got me was that the worker, the worker was questioning why we were there like we did something wrong and she was rude (I get that it was probably a bad day and having to work a few days after Christmas). And they also gave us sparkling water instead of Sprite....read full review

Mcdonald curbside pickup is horrible. If you're there and there's no cars in drive-thru. Just do the drive-thru. Couple times they also serve my order to another curbside customer, they need to do a better job validating orders before handing out. I ended up having to go inside for my order and waiting another 10 min.
