My husband and I went to Burger King and it was a great experience, The managers name was Makegan, for it being a snowy day, this young man really out done himself, he had his eyes on everything and everyone, he was thoroughly impressing me with his management skills even well mannered, our meals were perfect! Thank you when I used the ladies room he asked a staff member if there was enough (toilet paper. Soap etc,) he was nice to the staff, thank you Makegan,?
The food was absolutely cold and tasted like it sat out for a while and we were there early in the morning. Now apparently when you get a breakfast meal they don't give an option for for a different beverage than coffee. Well they do. But you have to pay extra to get orange juice. The meals are expensive enough, why do we have to pay extra for something else to drink? Burger King has went down hill big time.

They really need to update this place. Looks the same as it did 30 years ago. Parking lot has potholes; don't feel safe driving my car there. Every move is a huge bump. Customer service isn't all that great either. Not friendly. Just there to do their job. Food is over-priced.
