“Mostly polite service. The one time that I did have a problem with an order, (*There were no mushrooms on the mushroom Swiss burger, it was a limited special.) they were willing to fix it. It took some time, they said the mushrooms were frozen. When my food was ready, the manager on duty would not allow me to sit in the lobby and finish the rest of my meal. He told me that they were closed and that I had to leave. Now if I go, I don't go inside.“

“After avoiding Medford’s Taco Bell/KFC for a year, we heard it was under new management so we thought we give it a try. Wow! This fast food restaurant has really turned itself around and the team deserves a shout out. The dining area and restrooms were clean and the staff were friendly & attentive, ensuring the accuracy of each order. Glad to have you back!“

“I didn't catch their names, but the two women working at 7PM on 9/7/2026 did a great job. I'm leaving a review because one thanked the other for doing some of the cleaning without having to be asked to, and the one being thanked had a big smile on her face because of it. I feel it's important to encourage and notice kindness and goodness like that in this day and age, and wanted to make a note of it.
