“What can I say. Love the $5.00 dollar subs and your choosing the toppings. This subway was very clean. The bathroom was a 8 out of ten. Nothing earth shattering.Brought it to the attention of staff and they took care of it right there and then. The staff and manager were very helpful and friendly. Itwas a joy to go to this location. Will be back again.“
“I waited over 12 minwith just 4 cards in front of me just to place my order in the drive threw. Then when I finally got my turn the 4 cars ahead of me were still in line waiting for their food. This is not fast food by any means. Total time in line... over 20 min.“
“Mostly polite service. The one time that I did have a problem with an order, (*There were no mushrooms on the mushroom Swiss burger, it was a limited special.) they were willing to fix it. It took some time, they said the mushrooms were frozen. When my food was ready, the manager on duty would not allow me to sit in the lobby and finish the rest of my meal. He told me that they were closed and that I had to leave. Now if I go, I don't go inside.“
“A short staffed, overwhelmed crew suffering computer problems, Mrs. Angry here, Mr. Grumpy there and KFC/ TB gave textbook customer service eventhough I waited 1 hour and 10 minutes for a bucket of chicken. Customer service don't get no better than that in all seriousness. The employees' smiles were great!“

“Found a massive dead rat in the parking lot…not impressed. Had to take care of it myself. Grabbed a bag and threw him in there and went down to the local river to hold a burial ceremony. Poor guy. Overall, I love this place, the atmosphere is great!“
