Terrible, ordered a Julius and got a smoothie. I also had to wait 30 minutes for it, and when I asked about it they said they forgot. Never coming back

My sister and I went to get a cake for my nephews birthday and she asked the gal if she could write his name on the cake and she said they were busy and didn't have time but could do it later. It was after 8pm there was not a single person in the store and only a couple cars in the drive through. My sister asked if she could write the name on herself with one of their icing pens and they told her no they can't allow that.
