“My favorite steak in town…. “Steak au Poivre” can be found at this great French restaurant (French not not haughty) in Wauwatosa. Favorite steak as it tastes great, and presented well. Sliced on an angle and sauced with a red wine black peppercorn reduction, it has just enough char on the outside to balance the medium rare I love inside. Along with taste, I love that it comes with my fav vegetables-haricot vertes and absolutely perfect French fries! So unlike popular steak restaurants, at LaReve you get more than just meat for the list price! Yum + Yay! The desserts? They are as gorgeous as they are delicious! The case is filled with sweet perfection, each one more beautiful than the next! Just so hard to pick which on.! And the macrons are iconic-crisp outside and soft chewy inside, take a few home with you! But what a treat to find a Kir Royale on the menu last night at dinner before a show! I’m sure it’s a direct effect of Emily in Paris Season 3, but maybe I just never noticed it on the menu before! I served these for Christmas ten years ago and when I saw Emily working on an ad campaign, I just knew they’d start to show up on menus soon. Lucky me! Bon Appetite! This place is great for a girls lunch or business lunch, A friends dinner or date night!“

“From beginning to end we had a delightful dinner. The service was excellent. Our water was filled often. I had the ribs which were done perfectly and meaty!\nThey came with corn bread(I usually don't like but this was delicious and warm.) Cole slaw and Mac and cheese, which were very good also. My husband had the Thursday night pork dinner special. That came with a large side salad, mashed potatoes, corn on the cob and wonderful crusty bread. We both enjoyed ourselves very much! Well done - Fork in the Road!“

The barista was also clearly a very hard worker and doing a lot, and that shows in the way the store looks and feels. “This restaurant exists to sell lunches to staff at the nearby hospital complex. They offer a wide variety of sandwiches, bowls, baked goods and hot meals for both vegan and omnivores. They have an entire vegan menu, and vegan desserts in their baked goods area are clearly marked. A great lunch option for vegans!“

“My granddaughter and I love Panera so I went on Tuesday for dinner take out. The soup was wonderful as always and the cinnamon bagels delicious. The problem was with the total I was charged. I filled out the Panera review I received by email as well as contacted the store directly. Not only was everyone absolutely wonderful from Jeremy to the store manager, Alisha. I was treated with total respect and courtesy and they resolved the issue more than I expected. They are so amazing. I recommend Panera wholeheartedly!! Thank you!!“

I called the store and spoke with the manager Barb who apologized for the mishap, remade the order, and had it sent out for delivery by a team member Rob so it would get here on time for the meeting.
