“We ate supper here on Saturday June 14, 2025 with a group of 7. They only take reservations for groups of 8 or more, so we arrived at 430pm, got our name on the waiting list, and sat at the bar to have drinks until the dining room opened up at 5pm. We were seated very quickly. The wait staff was very nice and attentive. There was quite a variety on the menu for differen tastes. I ordered the Perch with fries which was very good, my son ordered cod with fries which was very good, and my husband ordered the shrimp dinner with vegetables. He said the shrimp was EXCELLENT, but he would have rather ordered the fries. My Mother-in-Law ordered the Catfish, and it was a HUGE portion, but she really liked it. My father orderd the Chicken Dinner which was also a HUGE portion, and he also enjoyed it, and took most home. Overall the prices were as we expected. We give this place 5-stars for the food and wait staff, and would recommend you give it a try.”

“Im from illinois and collins is a must every time we are visiting my parents. The coffee is by far the best coffee ive ever had the honey bear latte is 10/10. Most days we stop in twice. The staff is so friendly the food is amazing i love the denver. I truly couldnt recommend this coffee shop enough even if its out of your way its a must stop! The only complaint is once they are out of sandwiches they are out and they are so good its sad when theres none left lol.”

“The new DJ, Cowboy on the weekends does an awesome job. He played as many requests as he could fit in. If we wanted to sing karaoke we got to sing. He kept us on the dance floor.”

PERFECT EXAMPLE of expat Asian food establishment. A true American treasure. They ARE killing it, the number of people an hour at the takeout window is REDONKULOUS!!!”

“I went to their first fish fry and having recently moved here from Dallas,Texas about ten months ago and having amazing restaurants back home my expectations were high. I saw on Facebook that it was a "soft opening" so okay fair enough. The fish.... perfectly fried. I worked at a fine dining seafood restaurant in Dallas and this fish was perfection. The fries were well seasoned and the coleslaw could use a little more lemon (that's just my taste buds) but overall a good dish for the price. Went back for memorial Day weekend and Super Tuesday had everyone dancing. Cool atmosphere. area for improvement? Some. No offense though--most of the dining and service in this entire area could use some help. Owners are awesome ...staff are genuinely nice. Hope they keep at it. This will be a real gem once they get in full swing. At the least.... go visit for the views and a drink.”

“For a McDonald's this place was pretty good! Food came out quick, correct, and hot. The place was a little bit messy but that's all the negative I had to say about it. Not too far off the interstate, so its a good place to stop for a quick burger and fry.”
