An order of four 6" Tortillas dipped in birria broth grilled with cheese, birria (or your choice of meat) cilantro, onions and sour cream alongside a cup of broth.
Birria Ramen
Birria Broth made ramen with onions, cilantro and hand squeezed lime juice.

We recently hired Romero’s taco truck for my son’s graduation party. They were professional and organized & their prices were very reasonable. They served the food efficiently; there was never a long delay nor did they run out of food. Everyone raved about how delicious the food was! They helped to make the party such a fun event!

Romero’s Food Truck is a hidden gem! The food is fresh, flavorful, and always hits the spot. Their tacos, burritos, and quesadillas are top-notch, and the service is easy and quick. If you love good Mexican food, this is a must-try!

Food is solid for the area! Probably won’t find too many other places in New Berlin that will offer better tacos. The asada and carnitas are pretty good. The birria ramen is great, probably my favorite thing on the menu! Can’t go wrong with Romeros!
