“We got overcharged on a carry out credit card transaction. Someone gave themselves a 36% tip. My husband went in person twice. He was first told to come back another day. He did so and was told it would be reimbursed within 2 days. It never was so I called. When I called, I was told the owner was "doing a bunch of them today" but it's been almost a week and still nothing. After 3 attempts, I am letting it go but feel the experience and lack of follow through is worth sharing.“
